I engaged with Otto and the team at SWOT Fire on a Class 2 Remedial Project under my business ATH Projects, we were completing a unit refurbishment and discovered several Passive Fire concerns needing further investigation and subsequently rectification, Otto was prompt in his initial review and advice and the detail in rectification methodology was extremely good. He thought outside the box to ensure both the work was deliverable not just from a practical sense but also as cost effective as possible for my client. We have worked with several passive fire companies previously who promise the world and never deliver, Otto delivers on exactly as he promises. I highly recommend if you require any passive fire advice, rectification work or new installations, engage with Otto and his team at SWOT Fire as you will not be disappointed.

We recently had an Annual Fire Safety Inspection and our Fire Contractor found a few Passive Fire issues and recommended we engage a Passive Fire Specialist. SWOT Fire was recommended and Otto quickly identified what work needed to occur. SWOT Fire performed the repairs promptly.

Highly recommend!!! Organised and polite. I recently had some work performed on my property. Not knowing anything about Passive Fire I asked a friend who recently completed a shop fit out and they recommended Otto from SWOT Fire. We could not have been happier. Once the work was completed everything was returned in its place, nice and tidy as if nothing occurred. Excellent customer service and beyond impressed. We undertake Commercial Fit Out works up to $5M and recently encountered a challenging project at a Sports Club, where the fire system design issues extended well beyond our original scope. The incumbent fire company showed little interest in assisting, which left us in a difficult position. Fortunately, a project consultant recommended I contact SWOT Fire — and from that point, everything started falling into place. We had SWOT Fire complete some fire protection works in our garage, specifically building fire bulkheads From the start, they communicated clearly and concisely , booked in scheduled days that were convenient for us, and most importantly, respected our request to pause work during our work calls etc. They took great care in moving goods and shelving out of the way, cleaned up thoroughly, and returned everything exactly as it was. Yes, it was a little noisy at times, but it was clear the team was focused, efficient, and keen to get each part of job done properly and then move onto the next job I normally can get annoyed with my building manager about the works that occur at our complex but he got it right with these guys. Thank you, SWOT Fire.
